Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Remote

Position Type: Permanent

Compensation: $46,000 - $50,000 Annual Salary

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Coordinator to join our passionate team and help drive our operational excellence.

Position Overview: The Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our company. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure efficient processes and support compliance and fraud prevention standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced startup environment. They are solution-oriented and can find a workaround for just about any issue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fraud Prevention: Monitor and manage fraud activity via Kount, ensuring robust protection against fraudulent activities.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs across different departments within the organization.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze operational reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to management for all initiatives worked on.
  • Cross-Departmental Support: Collaborate with departments such as warehouse, wholesale, and customer success to ensure smooth operational workflows.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and maintaining organized records.
  • Internal Communication and Training Support: Support the team and company by planning, developing, and launching communications via the Mood Memo or maintaining updates within the Company Intranet.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in an operations or supervisory role
  • Knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Suite Applications (Sheets, sites etc)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Hours:

US-based candidates can expect to work 9a-5pm, depending on timezone.
