The Role

Behind every great product launch is a team making sure everything works beyond the screen. That is where you come in.

We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Launch Ops team and help bring new SEEK Pass products, features and improvements to life.

As the Operations Coordinator, you will support the successful delivery of changes across SEEK Pass products, features, tools, projects and workflows. Working closely with the Launch Ops team and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will contribute to activities across the full change lifecycle, including scoping, operational validation, readiness, Early Access, hypercare, documentation, training and business-as-usual handover. You will help ensure launches are operationally ready by reviewing workflows, gathering feedback, maintaining accurate launch information, preparing practical resources and identifying risks as well as opportunities for improvement.

You will get to see how products come together, understand what happens behind the scenes and play an important role in making every launch better than the last.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will have the support to learn, the space to ask questions and the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work.

What makes this role exciting?

  • Be part of what’s next: Get early exposure to new products, features and improvements before they reach our users
  • Make a real impact: Help identify challenges early, improve user experience and set operational teams up for success
  • Connect people and ideas: Collaborate with teams across the business and help turn complex changes into practical solutions
  • Grow skills that travel: Build hands-on experience across product development, operational readiness, testing and launch delivery
  •  Improve how work gets done: Bring a fresh perspective, simplify processes and contribute to smarter, more scalable ways of working

Job Description

You will contribute to the successful delivery of new products, features and operational changes by:

  • Supporting launch readiness through planning, coordination, stakeholder follow-up, and tracking key actions, decisions, dependencies and risks
  • Testing and validating new products, features and workflows to understand the end-to-end customer and operational experience, identify edge cases and recommend improvements
  • Supporting Early Access and hypercare activities by monitoring performance, gathering feedback and escalating issues that may impact our users or operational teams
  • Collaborating across teams including Product, Engineering and Operations to ensure operational requirements, risks and dependencies are understood and addressed
  • Creating operational documentation and training materials, including process guides, FAQs, communications and support resources that help teams prepare for change
  • Using feedback, operational insights and data to identify opportunities to improve customer experiences, operational processes and future launches
  • Supporting business-as-usual handover activities, ensuring teams have the knowledge, ownership and processes required for ongoing success
  • Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve operational tooling and increase scalability

  • Curiosity, adaptability and enthusiasm for learning new products, technologies and ways of working
  • Strong customer focus and an appreciation of how operational decisions influence the customer experience
  • The ability to work independently, exercise sound judgement and know when to seek support or escalate issues
  • A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to getting things done

It would be advantageous if you also have

  • Experience in a technology business, start-up or scale-up environment
  • Exposure to agile software development, product launches or cross-functional project delivery
  • Experience with operational tooling, ticketing systems, documentation platforms or process improvement initiatives
