The Role
We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Operations Intern to assist with internal company operations and processes. The Operations Intern will have the opportunity to explore a career path in Operations and digital marketing, as well as, earn experience and skills development in this industry. This position is multi-faceted and will require someone who can handle varying projects and responsibilities. You will report directly to the Director of Operations.
Primary Responsibilities
People Operations
- Screen resumes of candidates for open positions
- Schedule interviews for hiring managers
- Onboarding and offboarding personnel
- Assist with Culture Initiatives
Business Operations
- Maintain data systems including (but not limited to) - Salesforce, Harvest, Hubspot, Asana, and Google Sheets
- Book travel and logistics for team members and clients
- Ad hoc Client Operations and Business Operations tasks/projects
Required
- Desire to pursue a career in Operations or digital marketing
- Ability to thrive in a remote business environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Experience with data systems is a plus - Salesforce, Quickbooks, Harvest, Asana, and/or Hubspot
Your Team
You’ll be primarily working with the Operations team, but there is the possibility of collaborating on projects with members of our other departments.
