We are looking for Trade Center Coordinator to support certification and trade facilitation activities by ensuring timely and accurate issuance of Certificates of Conformity (CoC) in compliance with business rules and client requirements.
Job Description- Process certification files in line with Business Rules and procedures
- Issue Certificates of Conformity (CoC) within defined timelines
- Accurately enter and manage data relevant systems
- Review documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle client and affiliate queries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate daily operational activities and maintain records
- Support invoicing and follow-up on payments
- Maintain high levels of quality and productivity
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Science, Commerce, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in operations, documentation, certification, customer
- Fluency in English language
