Computing Services is searching for an Operations Coordinator to join the team. This role will be responsible for coordinating administrative and secretarial/clerical assistance to help support the daily operational tasks of the Computing Services division. You will assist in process documentation and process flow for Operations. In addition, you’ll support a variety of Computing Services projects and initiatives based on need.

This role will also cover the Shipping & Receiving desk for the division by tracking orders, receiving orders, including recording in the appropriate asset system, creating shipping labels and coordinating pick up of returns. Accept deliveries and coordinate freight deliveries at loading dock. Aid in equipment refresh process tracking, inventory and communication of refresh productivity equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High School or GED

  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience

  • Excellent organization and planning skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving/reasoning

A combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated may be considered.

  • Successful background check

  • Be able to lift 30-50lbs

  • Be able to use a pallet jack

  • Valid Driver’s license - Required to operate motor vehicles
