About The Role

Knight Frank is looking for a highly experienced Operations Coordinator to join our Business Rates team at our Baker Street headquarters.

This is not an entry-level administrative role. We are seeking a proactive, commercially minded and exceptionally organised professional who can operate as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, drive operational excellence and coordinate the day-to-day running of a high-performing service line.

Working closely with the UK Service Line Head and Chairman of Business Rates, you will play a critical role in ensuring the team operates efficiently, processes are optimised and key business priorities are delivered seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Senior Stakeholder Support

  • Provide high-level support to senior leaders, including complex diary and email management.

  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, presentations, conference calls and business activities.

  • Prepare, format and manage reports, presentations, correspondence and client-facing documentation.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical requirements as needed.

Business Operations & Financial Coordination

  • Act as an ambassador for the Business Rates Service Line.

  • Support business planning activities and help drive operational efficiency across the team.

  • Coordinate financial administration, including invoicing, debtor management, expense processing and referrals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and colleagues across the business.

Team Coordination & Management

  • Lead the coordination of team meetings, action tracking and key business activities.

  • Manage onboarding, induction and leaver processes.

  • Support training compliance, performance review cycles and professional development initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate absence, CPD and team records.

  • Work closely with colleagues across Knight Frank to promote best practice and improve ways of working.

Process, Governance & Compliance

  • Coordinate and continuously improve operational processes to support service delivery.

  • Act as a key contact for audit, compliance and information security requirements.

  • Support data management and ensure records are maintained accurately across Knight Frank systems.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency and overall team performance.

Marketing, Projects & Events

  • Coordinate marketing and business development activities for the team.

  • Support the production of pitches, presentations, capability statements and client materials.

  • Manage events from conception through to delivery, including invitations, logistics, communications and attendee management.

  • Partner with marketing and business development teams to maximise opportunities and team visibility.

About You:

We're looking for someone who brings significant operational and coordination experience, combined with the confidence to work alongside senior leadership and influence positive outcomes.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operations, team coordination or administrative role.

  • Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders within a fast-paced professional services environment.

  • Exceptional organisational, planning and prioritisation skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • High attention to detail, particularly when managing financial information and business processes.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency, governance and operational excellence.

Desirable

  • Experience within Business Rates, Property, Real Estate or Professional Services.

  • Previous involvement in process improvement, compliance, business planning or project coordination activities.
