We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced tech company. As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support to various departments, assisting with day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Manage physical and electronic files, ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval of information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and provide assistance with special projects as assigned.
  • Deliver professional and friendly customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:

  • Ability to handle administrative tasks effectively, whether through work experience, internships, or volunteer positions.
  • 1+ years previous experience in technical field preferred

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and other common productivity tools

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Raise objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate information
  • Ability to operate a computer
  • 10% Travel Requirement
