Position based in Watches & Fine Jewelry Boutique in Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi.
CONTEXT & ENVIRONMENT
As the Watches & Fine Jewelry Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the boutique stock management and logistics - inventory control, shipment coordination, reporting, and quality control - while also handling administrative tasks - permits, scheduling and supplier coordination - ensuring efficient operations in line with CHANEL's standards and procedures.
KEY PARTNERS:
Reporting to the Watches & Fine Jewelry Sales Manager, the Operations Coordinator has several key partners:
Internally: Sales Assistants, Fashion Operations Manager, WFJ Business Development, Administration and Operation.
Externally: WFJ Boutiques in UAE, suppliers and vendors.
IN THIS METIER, WE ARE ENERGISED BY:
Stock Management:
- Manage the stock flow within the boutique (deliveries, transfers, special orders, stock rebalancing, reserved products).
- Coordinate WFJ logistics with Brinks, including high-value shipments and validation.
- Plan rolling inventories in compliance with the House’s strategy and events.
- Analyze inventory results and follow up on subsequent processes.
- Share stock inventory report to finance on monthly basis.
- Conduct stock quality control and report and coordinate pieces in aftersales care.
- Manage PLV and aftersales care tools stock inventory (boxes, bags, ribbons, aftersales tools).
Administration:
- Coordinate ordering of boutique supplies and reception of invoices in Coupa.
- Processing and application of police and mall permits.
- Prepare and maintain the monthly schedule in My Schedule App, including planning and managing team leaves.
- Coordinate new joiner arrivals and support induction preparation.
- Act as the main point of contact for maintenance and facility-related matters, liaising with the Store Planning team.
Boutique Operations:
- Managing the safe and back of house organization in line with CHANEL's standards.
- Ensure that all procedures are respected and followed.
- Propose and implement proactively new procedures if needed.
- Follow best practices and process in the interest of the boutique efficiency.
KEY COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:
- You have excellent organizational and planning skills, with strong analytics skills.
- You are proficient in using computer systems and digital tools.
- Your ability to react quickly together with your excellent interpersonal skills will be real assets to succeed in this position.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills is requested.
