What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment
- Develops and maintains communication tools and platforms (Ex: Sharepoint (The Barrel), Store Operations emails).
- Executes outbound communication to the field to support daily operations and the implementation of strategic plans.
- Evaluate/edit all communication to Field Operations to ensure clear, accurate, and timely delivery of message/information
- Consults SSC functional areas on the best method and platform to maximize the effectiveness of communication in support of specified objectives.
- Collaborates with SSC departments and project teams to ensure that communications to the field are clear, accurate, and timely, and that communication objectives are achieved.
- Leads the communication cadence and schedule to maintain established communication systems and processes.
- Update Operations Manual policy and procedures as directed by policy owners and subject matter experts.
- Responds to field questions submitted to Store Operations email group.
- Assists with the management of Field Operation projects as assigned, building communication plans and meeting deadlines needed for Pre/Launch/Sustainment model.
- Consistently assess existing procedures and look to innovate and improve upon process and efficiency.
- High School diploma and 2 years field operations and/or related communications experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred college degree in communications or business
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills ((Microsoft programs especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and Sharepoint)
- Strong analytical and decision making skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritizing skills.
- Detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work cross-functionally
- Knowledge of Retail and Restaurant Operations.
