Caldera Medical’s Mission - To Improve the Quality of Life for Women!

Message from the Hiring Manager:

As COO, the need for an operational right hand is critical. With two manufacturing plants and two distribution centers under the operations umbrella, this role will serve as the COO's primary extension across the supply chain — owning day-to-day operational execution, cross-site coordination, and the analytical infrastructure needed to run a high-performing, multi-site network. The Operations Analyst will be expected to operate with significant autonomy, represent operations in leadership forums, and develop the structure, processes, and visibility tools that enable the COO to focus on strategy and growth. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone ready to step into broad operational ownership.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve as the COO's operational right hand — owning execution across two manufacturing plants and two distribution centers.

• Oversee and coordinate cross-site production planning, inventory management, and distribution scheduling to ensure network-level efficiency.

• Build and maintain executive-level dashboards and KPI frameworks covering manufacturing, sourcing, inventory, and distribution performance.

• Identify and lead operational improvement initiatives across sites; drive lean and continuous improvement culture.

• Represent operations in cross-functional and leadership meetings; escalate issues and present recommendations to COO with full context.

• Manage relationships with plant operations leads and DC managers to align priorities and resolve conflicts without direct authority.• Support sourcing strategy and supplier performance in partnership with the Sourcing team.

• Develop S&OP cadence and ensure demand/supply alignment across the network.

• Build structure and process where gaps exist; create the operational playbook the organization needs to scale.

• Align and collaborate with Finance, R&D, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory and IT departments.

Travel expectation: 20% - regular travel between manufacturing plants/distribution centers and critical suppliers
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

MBA or MS Supply Chain/Operations

6+ years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing roles — including multi-site or network-level scope

Demonstrated ability to build structure and improve processes, lead without authority, and drive measurable operational outcomes

Experience operating with broad cross-functional accountability in a lean leadership structure

Hands-on familiarity with manufacturing operations and distribution center management

Strong communication and data visualization skills.
