We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2,300,000 subscribers across 23 countries and we are looking for a Operational Business Analyst to join our team. You will be the engine for continuous improvement within our operations. You will dive deep into our business processes, use data to uncover hidden opportunities, and design solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery. You will be a critical link between operational teams and management, turning insights into action.

Key Job Descriptions:

  • Process Analysis & Mapping: Conduct thorough analyses of existing operational processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (e.g., performance metrics, productivity rates, cost data) to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.

  • Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and propose innovative solutions, workflows, and strategies to optimize operations. Lead or co-lead the implementation of these changes.

  • Problem Solving: Tackle complex operational challenges head-on, using structured problem-solving methodologies to diagnose issues and implement effective fixes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (including Sales, Customer Service, Technology, and Field Operations) to gather requirements, align on goals, and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.

  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and report on progress to stakeholders.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for all processes, procedures, and project plans.

Qualifications & What We're Looking For:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.

  • Minimum 3 years Experiences with same or related position and role.

  • A Problem Solver at Heart: You have a natural curiosity and a proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and develop practical solutions.

  • Numerical & Analytical Prowess: You are highly skilled in mathematics and working with numbers. Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets are essential. Experience with data analysis tools is a significant advantage.

  • Excellent Energy & Dynamic Attitude: We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, who is proactive, agile, and excited to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • ENGLISH IS A MUST: Full professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is mandatory for regional reporting and communication.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.

  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively within a team.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related quantitative field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the same or a related role
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; ability to work with large datasets
