The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Operations Planning, the Operations Business Analyst will provide insight into opportunities to improve Fulfillment staffing strategies at QVC Group. You will identify opportunities and present them to executive leadership. You will also move the Fulfillment organization to become and industry leader in the accessibility and use of data to inform decisions. You will work remote, with quarterly travel.
Your Impact
- Create hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly reports that build important business processes across value streams and departments within the Fulfillment organization.
- Monitor and understand shifts in the business, propose new Indicators and sustainable ways to measure them.
- Develop business facing analytics, dashboards, and data visualizations in BI platforms such as Tableau to aid business decision-making.
- Prepare workflow, process diagram and presentations by partnering with multiple teams to identify gaps and create cost-benefit analyses to improve business projects.
- Develop and implement business processes and feedback loop to improve safety, quality, cost, and delivery experience.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience
- Advanced Excel and moderate to advanced SQL skills
- 1+ years of experience with data modeling and scripting languages such as Python, R etc.,
- 3+ years of experience as an analyst in business analysis, supply chain or operations.
- Bachelor's or University Degree, or equivalent work experience
