Position Overview
The Operations Associate supports patients, healthcare providers, and internal teams in coordinating prescription services from enrollment through fulfillment. This role ensures documentation is complete and accurate, facilitates communication to obtain required information, and helps maintain timely prescription processing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a positive patient and provider experience while adhering to privacy and compliance standards.
This is a part-time, temporary position, working up to 10 hours, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on schedule based on the achievement of role expectations and that the team is working collaboratively together to meet the patient’s needs. Cash compensation will be in alignment with market data, commensurate with experience, skills and qualifications, and a combination of salary and bonus potential. Our organization is growing and, for the right candidate, this role could transition to a full time role in the future.
Responsibilities
- Case manage prescriptions from intake to completion, monitoring missing information and screening for completeness and quality on all documentation
- Review assigned forms and documents for required information; flag missing or incomplete items.
- Contact healthcare provider offices via fax, email, and phone to request missing documentation or information.
- Record all outreach attempts, and communications in the Company’s CRM (Salesforce).
- Enter information provided on patient enrollment forms and other documents into the company's CRM (Salesforce).
- Upload, categorize, and/or save digital files according to Company procedures.
- Prepare and send routine communications, using approved templates when applicable.
- Communicate professionally and in compliance with Company privacy standards and applicable regulations.
- Complete ad-hoc projects as needed, which could include drafting communications, synthesizing data, or preparing other resources for internal communications and/or partner relationships

- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite or Microsoft office; experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to the constantly shifting healthcare landscape
