Overview:
Workstyle: This is a remote position; however, to be eligible for hire, candidates must reside in a state where Custom Ink is registered to do business as an employer. Eligible states currently include:

Reports to: Operations Lead
Travel Expectations: Minimal travel; will be determined by business needs and may include occasional trips for key meetings, collaboration opportunities, or area-connected events.
Physical Requirements/Demands: This is a primarily sedentary, home-based role that requires the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer. The role involves regular use of standard office equipment, such as a computer, keyboard, mouse, and telephone. What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Operations Associate to join our Swag.com team. You’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional swag experiences to our customers by managing print orders and ensuring on-time delivery. You should bring:
2+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service roles
Strong communication skills
Comfort working in fast-paced, remote team environments
Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Sheets, Slack, and CRM/ticketing systems
An action-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with shipping and fulfillment processes a plus
What you’ll do:
As an Operations Associate, you’ll help bring our customers’ swag programs to life by:
Managing day-to-day order operations, including placing, monitoring production, and tracking print orders with suppliers
Monitoring and managing the Order Management queue to maintain smooth workflow
Communicating with vendors and internal teams to address any questions or delays that arise mid-order
Solving post-order issues in a quick, cost effective, and customer-centric manner
Staying informed of industry best practices
How you’ll be measured:
Order Success Rate – timely production and accurate fulfillment
Customer Support KPIs – responsive, helpful communication with internal teams and vendors
How you’ll make a difference:
You’ll be a key part of the Swag.com Operations team, ensuring every order is delivered accurately and on time to meet customer expectations. You’ll partner with vendors and internal Swag.com teams including Sales / Account Management, Customer Success, Product, and Logistics help drive a delightful customer experience. Your role will directly support Custom Ink’s mission to bring people together and create lasting connections through branded merchandise.
Compensation:
We are committed to providing pay transparency and equitable compensation.
For this salaried, non-exempt position, the pay range is $41,000 - $47,000. Placement within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, and equity with internal team members. You are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable state and federal law.
