The Role

The Role:

We're looking for independently driven and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Operations. Your day to day role will involve engaging with managing schedules, workflows, and coordinating care for new patients.

What you'll do:

  • Support clinical growth and innovation through evaluation of market- and clinical best practices, translating these insights into recommendations to inform our roadmap
  • Focus on new patient acquisition and retention teams
  • Monitor and analyze service line performance, reviewing existing data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with Clinical, Product, Care, and Data teams to drive execution
  • Utilize SQL to analyze provider KPIs and drive product decisions
  • Interface directly with our care team to guide patient and provider concerns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office in San Francisco, CA or Kirkland, WA
  • Experience with EHR and HIPAA
  • Detail-oriented

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, in addition to benefits. The salary range listed in each job posting represents the minimum and maximum targets for new hire salaries across all locations. Actual compensation within this range is determined by various factors, such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and location.
