About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking an Operations Associate reporting to our Manager of Operations and Strategy on our Customer Success Operations team.
The role is a great opportunity to be introduced to the exciting world of legal tech and our global Operations and Strategy team. The Customer Success Operations Associate will support Customer Success Managers in day-to-day responsibilities including monitoring cross-department requests, maintaining data within Salesforce/Gainsight, and compiling data requests. In this role, you will also assist with strategic initiatives, working closely with the Operations and Strategy team as well as other departments to efficiently support our customers and future company growth.

What you'll do
- Drive and deliver: Maintain and provide guidance on all cross-departmental asks of the Customer Success team, communicating these to the team in a timely manner
- Reporting: Maintain Salesforce records in collaboration with the Revenue Operations team
- Support: Customer Success Directors on growing their accounts through various strategic initiatives
- Collaborate: Work closely with the Customer Success Directors to enable the automation of the customer journey for our SaaS product
- Lead fulfillment: Manage customer data requests, utilizing app data, Salesforce, and Sigma
What you'll bring
- Experience: Sales experience, or operations experience using Salesforce/Gainsight or a similar platform preferred; interest in analytics a plus!
- Analytics: A high level of comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools; you love data, numbers, and figuring out how it all fits together.
- Strong collaboration skills: Able to work effectively with a global team and across multiple departments and workstreams
- Independence: Effective multitasking skills; comfortable juggling various tasks and adapting as priorities come up and change
- Strong organization: You have a high-level of attention to detail and can easily maintain various projects and tasks without missing details or losing track
Pay TransparencyOntra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.
