This position is a great opportunity to start a career in the Fashion Industry to play a pivotal role behind the scenes, because this individual will have the opportunity to work across over a variety of responsibilities that include but are not limited to performing and assisting the authentication, photography and operations department with quality inspection, fulfillment, order picking, and the distribution of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the operations team to inspect products and quality control of orders to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Support the photography department with their demands
  • Support the authentication team when is needed to
  • Helping to control the quality of the inventory, and to categorize inventory in the database.
  • Basic data entry and computer skills
  • Using in-house software, providing precise, accurate information for records.
  • Meeting immediate goals, deadlines, standards, and expectations
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by leadership
  • Strong attention to detail

Requirements:

  • "Hands-on" attitude; hard-working, can work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to communicate proficiently 
  • Positive, high energy, team-spirited
  • Detail-oriented and accurate; ability to learn new platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, Zendesk, and Shopify is a plus
  • Previous experience in Retail Operations or as Stock Associate
  • Previous experience in fulfillment/shipment is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience in eCommerce is ideal and retail experience is useful
  • Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs based on the needs of the role
  • Must operate with a sense of urgency, and have attention to detail
  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employment

Hourly Rate: $18-20
