What You Will Do

  • Provide support across various domains: workplace, event operations, inventory & shipping, security, and other ongoing projects within the Operations department.
  • Engage with vendors to establish and sustain safe and healthy workplaces.
  • Partner with all departments to facilitate seamless operations across different locations.
  • Provide operational assistance for event logistics, ranging from planning and preparation to setup and breakdown, aimed at delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Prepare and manage supplies, packaging inventory, and preparations for new location openings.
  • Support deliveries, and shipments across relevant departments.
  • Contribute to the development of processes, procedures, and company policies.
  • Uphold a client-centric approach by executing projects with precision, care, and safety, whether at our HQ offices or offsite event locations.
  • Display flexibility in your schedule and willingness to travel for events occurring outside of standard work hours, particularly during evenings and weekends.

 Pay Transparency

The targeted base compensation is $25/hour plus an annual bonus. The total compensation package is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

 Our Work Environment

Our workplace is clean, orderly, appropriately lighted and ventilated with the proper safety compliance. Noise levels are considered low and daily physical activities are considered medium: office work, occasionally lifting up to 51 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, or walking. Employees must have the stamina to work long hours if assigned. Hours and days of work may vary by position.
