The Role
Own onboarding and long-term success for a 30+ client portfolio, build scalable customer success processes and dashboards, analyze data to find workflow bottlenecks, and translate client insights to Product & Tech teams. Deliver training, client support, and implement operational improvements to scale hospital deployments of Parallel's AI coding platform.
Summary Generated by Built In

At Parallel, we build AI agents to help healthcare facilities automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding.

Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost in manual, repetitive administrative work. Legacy software hasn’t helped, it’s made things slower, more complex, and more frustrating for care teams.

We believe AI agents can change that. Our technology combines Large Language Models with system-level automation to handle real work inside existing hospital tools. No integrations, no disruption.

Our first agent automates coding workflows and frees up time for medical staff to focus on patients.

We launched in 2024, are backed by top investors (Index, Frst, Y Combinator, Hexa, Kima Ventures, Better Angle), and we’re just getting started.

The future of healthcare isn’t just digital — it’s automated. Come help us build it !

Context

Parallel is an AI-powered platform that helps hospitals code medical acts faster and more accurately. We're a small, fast-moving team building a product that's already live in hospitals — and we're scaling.

Until now, the Operations team has been handling everything: client onboarding, customer success, internal process building, and analytics. We're growing fast, and we need someone who can take full ownership of a client portfolio and help us structure our ops for the next stage.

Your mission

As our new Ops, you'll work hand in hand with Clémentine (Operations Manager) to deliver a best-in-class experience to our hospital clients and internal coders — from day one of onboarding to long-term success. You'll also contribute to building the operational backbone that lets Parallel scale without losing quality.

Concretely, you will :

  • Own the onboarding and follow-up of a portfolio of 30+ clients (hospitals and internal coders), ensuring smooth adoption and top-tier support

  • Build and maintain scalable CS processes, tools and routines to monitor client satisfaction and usage

  • Leverage data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities across client workflows and internal coding operations

  • Act as the key link between clients and our Product & Tech teams — translating field insights into actionable priorities

Outcomes

At 6 months, you will have :

  • Independently managed a portfolio of clients end-to-end, with no escalation needed for standard situations

  • Deployed and trained new clients without Clémentine's direct involvement

  • Identified and implemented 1 to 2 process improvements on internal ops (tracking, dashboards, workflows)

  • Established yourself as a trusted point of contact for both clients and internal teams

You are :

  • Autonomous and structured. You manage your workload without being told what to do next. You build your own tracking systems, follow up proactively, and close loops without being reminded.

  • Hands-on and pragmatic. You'd rather ship an imperfect solution and iterate than wait for the perfect framework. You figure things out.

  • Analytically sharp. You don't rely on gut feel alone — you look at the data, spot patterns, and propose concrete actions.

  • A strong communicator in French. You've dealt with clients before. You know how to adapt your tone whether you're talking to a hospital DG or a medical coder, without changing your substance.

  • Genuinely curious about product, AI, or healthcare — or all three.

This job is for you if :

  • You have 2–4 years of experience in a startup, consulting firm, or project management role

  • You've managed client relationships directly — and you're comfortable being the face of a company

  • You thrive when there's no playbook yet and see that as an opportunity, not a problem

  • You want to join a small team at a pivotal moment and have a real impact on how we operate

Hiring process

  1. Quick call with Wallerand (talent)

  2. Call with Clémentine, Operations Manager

  3. Case study in our Paris office (with Paul & Clémentine)

  4. Final meeting with Paul, CEO

Fast, no fluff. We'll give you clear feedback at every step.

Why should you join us ?

  • You'll work on a product that's already live and used daily in French hospitals — real impact, fast

  • You'll have full ownership from day one — no micro-management, no hand-holding

  • You'll be embedded in a tight-knit team where your work is visible and your voice matters

  • You'll learn across ops, analytics, product and client management simultaneously

  • Clear path to Lead Ops at 24 months as we structure the team into verticals

We care about who you are, not just what's on your CV.
If you're drawn to what we're building but don't meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you. Studies show that women in particular tend to apply only when they meet 100% of the criteria. If that's you, please don't let that hold you back. We'd love to receive your application.

Skills Required

  • 2-4 years experience in a startup, consulting firm, or project management role
  • Direct experience managing client relationships and owning client accounts
  • Fluent French and strong client-facing communication skills
  • Demonstrated autonomy, strong organization, and ability to build tracking systems
  • Hands-on approach to onboarding and training clients
  • Analytical ability to leverage data, build dashboards, and identify bottlenecks
  • Capacity to manage a portfolio of 30+ clients independently
  • Genuine curiosity about product, AI, or healthcare
