Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Performs daily operational walkthroughs of all three facilities, documenting and disseminating notes to appropriate crews.
- Prepares and modifies Rockefeller and Bond Chapels for events, in consultation with Events staff.
- Serves as primary vendor contact and supervises vendor site visits.
- Serves as primary liaison for custodial and security services, training staff and setting schedules.
- Participates in the development and implementation of capital improvement projects, such as construction, remodeling, renovation, and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
- Oversees construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of existing structures, systems, equipment, and/or components. Conducts regular inspections of existing structures, systems, equipment, and/or components and prepares written reports of findings.
- Performs other related work as needed.

Experience:
- Experience in Project Management; including logistics and adhering to timelines.
- Familiarity with building maintenance work, including tools, equipment, practices, and common work conditions.
- Familiarity with performing arts production and stageplots, including specialized props and A/V equipment.

Working Conditions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which may consist of nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Applicants should be able to lift up to 25 pounds of furniture/equipment unaided, and to climb 271 steps up the carillon tower. Walking between buildings in inclement weather is also required, as is regularly taking stairs without access to an elevator.
