Job Summary

Operations Associate, Wealth is a client-centric position that requires the individual to manage and respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and fax. The individual will also be responsible for researching doctors and prescriptions, making outbound calls to clients for appointment confirmations, and verifying necessary information for client and advisor meetings. This role involves building positive relationships with clients, updating and maintaining the client CSR database, processing claims on behalf of clients, and advocating for clients through service challenge escalations. The individual may also be assigned other tasks and projects by the CRM.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and manage client inquiries through various channels
  • Conduct web-based research on doctors and prescriptions
  • Make outbound calls to clients for appointment confirmations and information verification
  • Foster positive relationships with clients through collaboration and trust
  • Update and maintain the client CSR database
  • Process client claims
  • Advocate for clients in service challenge escalations
  • Handle other tasks and projects as assigned by the CRM

Primary Skills & Requirements:

  • High School degree or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior customer service and/or administrative experience
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to learn proprietary computer systems
  • Excellent communication skills with emphasis on professionalism and attention to detail
