Our Company

Arch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.

Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.

Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of ‘portals’. Our purpose is to save investors’ time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.

We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America’s largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We’ve over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.

Operations Associate

At Arch, we're excited to support you as you begin your post-grad career. We built our Operations Associate rotational program to give you the opportunity to learn quickly, take on meaningful work, and discover where you can make the biggest impact at Arch.

Rotational Experience

Your first year will consist of four 3-month rotations across teams within Operations, including Implementation, Client Success, and Data Operations. Each rotation will expose you to a different part of our business, our clients, and the problems we solve.

By the end of the year, our goal is for you to have a 360-degree understanding of how Arch works, a strong foundation as an operator, and a clearer sense of where your strengths can contribute to our larger mission.

Leadership Development

We know this may be one of your first full-time roles, and we want your first year at Arch to be about more than learning the business. It should also be about learning who you are as a professional.

From day one, you'll be part of a cohort designed to learn and grow together, paired with mentors across the company, and participate in regular training and development opportunities. Along the way, you'll receive feedback, take on increasing ownership, and build the skills to become a strong operator and future leader at Arch.

What You'll Do

No matter the rotation, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Support Clients: Partner with teams across Arch to help onboard and support clients, organize complex investment information, solve problems, and advocate for an excellent client experience.

  • Connect the Dots: Work across clients, fund managers, and internal teams to reconcile information, solve discrepancies, and make sure updates are clear, accurate, and timely.

  • Own the Details: Manage work where accuracy matters. You'll monitor data, collect key documents, keep processes moving, and take responsibility for getting things across the finish line.

  • Solve Problems: Dig into unfamiliar or ambiguous problems, ask thoughtful questions, use data and context to find answers, and develop recommendations rather than waiting for a playbook.

  • Make Things Better: Look for opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and processes. We want you to question how things work today and help us build a better way for tomorrow.

  • Learn Quickly: Move between teams, problems, and priorities throughout the year. You'll be expected to seek feedback, apply what you learn, and get better with every rotation.

What We're Looking For

You are a current college senior graduating in Winter 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 who is excited to begin your career in a fast-moving environment where you can learn quickly and make an impact.

We hire for trajectory and are much more interested in how you've approached the opportunities you've had. We've found that people who succeed at Arch are those who:

  • Take ownership. You've led a project, club, internship, or job where you kept people organized and on track, and can point to something you made better because you were there.

  • Communicate clearly. You've worked in a client-facing role (an internship, a customer service job, leading a club on campus) or built transferable skills that show you can explain your thinking and adapt to your audience.

  • Learn quickly. You thrive in fast-moving environments like event planning, student leadership, or startups, where you have to figure things out on the fly and still deliver.

  • Care about the details. You take pride in producing excellent work, even when things get busy, and understand that the small things often make a big difference.

  • Are curious. You have a genuine interest in this space, tech, finance, or investing, and can talk about why.

  • Have drive. You set a high bar for yourself, follow through on what you start, and bring creativity to how you solve problems (bonus points if you know how to have fun while doing it).

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience working with data through coursework, internships, research, or projects

  • On-campus leadership experience & involvement

  • Know SQL or Python, or are excited to learn

  • Have found ways to use technology or AI to work smarter, solve a problem, or improve a process

Important Info
  • Applications will close on October 11th at 11:59 PM ET

  • We anticipate a start date in Summer 2027
