Job Description

Wolt is a Finnish technology company and we’re best known for our food delivery platform. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for an Operations Associate. 

In the Operations Team, we focus on our courier partners: We ensure the right amount of courier partners to meet the order demand by constantly developing courier partner satisfaction and smooth, scalable processes. As an Operations Associate in the Courier Supply Team, you will be a part of ensuring that our courier partners get the right help and support at the start of their Wolt journey. Working in a fast and dynamic environment, it is important to be a team player and proactive; anticipating challenges and solving problems without waiting for guidance. Supporting our valued courier partners calls for a positive, can-do attitude, as you will handle both routine responsibilities and opportunities to enhance the overall courier experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Acquiring new applications and new courier partners across 9 countries - Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Iceland
• Helping build supply plans and application targets for the region
• Weekly and daily monitoring of KPIs and plan performance and adjusting the plan on a need to basis
• Additional incentives and projects to boost acquisition and conversion when needed, and have an impact on the use of budget placement (e.g. launching referral campaigns, creating incentive projects, engaging the new courier pool)
• Conducting tests and implementing new improvement concepts in e.g. planning, courier acquisition, onboarding performance, working closely with other Supply teams (for example Activation) to reach goals
• Collaborating between teams like Performance Marketing, while running campaigns, deciding on campaigns, visuals, copies and channels, while also making sure that we are on keeping within the budget

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written.
• A data-driven mindset that helps you make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with working with data, using Looker or similar data visualization tools is a plus. Familiarity with performance marketing and marketing data and strategies is a plus.
• A proactive, "can-do" attitude that drives you to get things done.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, high-impact environment where agility is key.
• Quick to learn, with a knack for balancing attention to detail and understanding the bigger picture.
• Highly organized, thorough and creative - you complete tasks with precision, always keep an eye on the details, and have a heart for innovating the way you do your work!
• Fluency in English is essential, fluency in another local language from our 9 markets is a plus.
