The Role
Description

Clinigen is seeking an Operations Assistant to support our operations team in delivering crucial services to patients and healthcare professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the coordination and execution of operational processes that contribute to the supply of our pharmaceutical products and services. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the planning and coordination of daily operational activities
  • Support the demand planning function, by managing inventories and forecasting, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and discrepancies are addressed promptly
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and communication between departments
  • Handle queries and provide support to both internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and best practices
  • Participate in training and development initiatives for staff, as required
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and compliant working environment
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an operations or administrative role is advantageous but not required
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
  • Understanding of supply chain management and pharmaceutical operations is a plus
