Lead marketing strategy and brand portfolio performance for pharmaceutical products. Responsibilities include product positioning, customer and market insights, launch planning, budget allocation, forecasting, performance analysis, stakeholder and KOL engagement, partner management, promotional alignment, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. The role manages teams, develops growth initiatives, oversees events and advisory activities, and communicates strategic recommendations to executives and external partners.

Manage day-to-day QMS activities, create and approve quality documentation, maintain GMP/GDP compliance, investigate quality issues and complaints, support audits and CAPAs, deliver training, drive continuous improvement and manage supplier quality relationships.

Lead business development activities across ANZ to source in-licensing, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships. Drive pipeline growth, present BD updates, and travel internationally (~10-20%).

Manage a sales territory for specialty medicines (eg. Rheumatology), build relationships with HCPs and KOLs, drive sales and forecasts, maintain CRM records (Veeva), attend conferences, operate within budget, ensure compliance with pharmaco‑vigilance and GxP, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet/exceed targets.
