Directs customer-focused project management operations in the life sciences sector. Oversees project allocation, client relationships, solution validation, processes, reporting, capacity management, profitability, quality, and continuous improvement. Leads and develops Project Managers, coordinates cross-functional teams, supports proposals and contracts, and ensures projects meet procedural, timeline, cost, and customer requirements.

Provides customer service for hospitals, physicians, and pharmacists by handling orders, enquiries, quotations, product sourcing, complaints, and compliance-related issues. Maintains accurate records, follows SOPs and regulatory requirements, meets service-level agreements and departmental KPIs, and builds customer relationships through phone, email, fax, and digital platforms. Collaborates with internal teams, supports customer account setup, promotes digital ordering, participates in training, and contributes to process improvements.

Provides commercially focused legal support across JAPAC by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for clinical supplies, medicines, and lifecycle services. Advises business stakeholders, supports regional projects, delivers legal training, ensures regulatory compliance, and develops self-help tools, templates, and process improvements. Builds trusted relationships with commercial and operational teams while balancing legal protections with practical business needs.

Finance Assistant responsible for billing, invoicing, accounts receivable administration, client rebates, revenue accruals, journal preparation, reconciliations, reporting, and month-end support. The role manages project setup and billing in an ERP system, resolves invoice queries, supports debt collection, maintains client records, and contributes to finance process improvements and automation.

Own Clinigen’s global third-party risk management framework and NAVEX RiskRate workflow. Oversee risk-based due diligence, sanctions screening, escalations, approvals, monitoring, remediation, reporting, and lifecycle controls. Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Quality, and Operations to ensure third parties are appropriately vetted, documented, and not engaged before approval. Support audit readiness, GxP handoffs, process adoption, and continuous improvement of the TPRM program.

Provide commercial legal advice for EU, US & ROW business unit; lead complex negotiations for global distribution and commercialisation agreements; draft, review and negotiate international commercial contracts; partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams; ensure multi-jurisdictional compliance and support legal projects to completion.
