The Operations Assistant is responsible for supporting the coordination of daily shore-based operations, ensuring that all procedures comply with safety standards and maritime regulations.

Key responsibilities include monitoring vessel movements, supporting cargo logistics, controlling operational documents and records, publishing the vessels’ coastal schedules, and verifying vessel supply requests, as well as coordinating all logistics related to the delivery of fuel or any other supplies required by the vessel. It is also important that this professional contributes to effective communication among teams, including sub-agents at the ports, terminals, and vessels, helping ensure operational targets are achieved efficiently. Additionally, the role requires availability to handle operational demands with agility, proactivity, and a strong problem-solving mindset.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related fields;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced English
