About the role:


As an Operations Associate on this team, you will be challenged to provide administrative and clerical support to the executive team. You will be reporting directly to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, taking on a variety of admin work and small projects; assisting in the execution of daily operational tasks, and collaborating with different departments to ensure business continuity.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Executive Assistant with daily administrative tasks in finance, onboarding, and people operations
  • Communicate events, announcements, and other relevant information with leaders and other stakeholders internally 
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments (People Operations, Finance, etc) to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Hustle - take ownership of Snappr's growth and do whatever it takes to get the job done

What you'll need:

  • Entry level or 1+ years of experience in business operations, operations management, or office administration (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Basic or intermediate proficiency with Gsuite (Google slides, sheets)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • A "let's get it done" mindset
  • Should be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas

Job benefits:

  • PHP 30,000/month on-target earnings (including performance pay)
  • 20% night differential (if applicable)
  • HMO (w/ dependents)
  • Free daily meals
