Position Summary
The Operations Assistant supports healthcare operations by assisting with the development, testing, implementation, and administration of artificial intelligence (AI) workflows, technology-assisted audit tools, and operational support resources. Working closely with operational leadership and cross-functional teams, this role contributes to projects that improve efficiency, consistency, compliance, and decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the development, testing, and validation of AI-driven workflows and tools.
- Review and analyze technology-assisted audit results and operational reports.
- Support process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and compliance.
- Support organizational initiatives involving automation, reporting, and technology adoption.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with data analysis, reporting, AI tools, or process improvement is a plus but not required.

Schedule & Location
- Part-time, hourly position based at the Heritage Operations Group corporate office.
- Approximately 12 hours per week (flexible schedule)
- Additional hours may be available during summer months, with opportunities to work up to 30 hours per week based on organizational needs and project demands.
- In-person position at our Bloomington, IL corporate office.
