We are seeking an execution-focused Operations & Systems Implementation Specialist with light build-strategy capability. This role is the bridge between strategy and execution—taking scopes, identifying the right system structure, and building it end-to-end across tools. The focus is on turning ideas into working systems that empower teams to operate with clarity and efficiency.

Core Responsibilities

  • Interpret project scopes and determine the most practical system structure before building
  • Implement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation tools
  • Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usage
  • Translate Looms, voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentation
  • Break down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies
  • Identify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems

Required Skills

  • Proven experience implementing systems across tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, etc.)
  • Ability to think through build strategy before execution (structure, logic, tradeoffs)
  • Strong documentation and written English skills
  • High attention to detail with a practical, execution-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently from scopes with minimal hand-holding

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com)
  • Familiarity with AI tools and structuring systems for AI usage
  • Experience supporting founders, agencies, or fast-moving teams
