We are seeking a dynamic Operations and HR Manager to join our team in Coimbatore, India. This role is ideal for a professional with 4+ years of experience who is ready to take on the challenge of managing both human resources and operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Project Management: Oversee projects, set timelines, and allocate resources.

• Team Leadership: Manage resources, conduct reviews, and provide training.

• Quality Control: Establish standards, implement QA processes, and validate data.

• Client Relations: Communicate with clients, provide updates, and address concerns.

• Process Optimization: Improve workflows and analyze team performance.

• Data Security: Ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality.

• Workforce Planning: Forecast needs, hire staff, and manage scheduling.

• Technology Management: Stay updated on tools and recommend improvements.

• Reporting: Generate performance reports and present findings.

• Budget Management: Monitor costs and contribute to pricing strategies.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth functioning.

• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

• Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong company culture.

• Proven experience in HR and operations, preferably in a KPO or similar industry.

• Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.

• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HR or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
