Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic Operations and HR Manager to join our team in Coimbatore, India. This role is ideal for a professional with 4+ years of experience who is ready to take on the challenge of managing both human resources and operations in a fast-paced environment.
Operational ResponsibilitiesProject Management: Oversee projects, set timelines, and allocate resources.
Team Leadership: Manage resources, conduct reviews, and provide training.
Quality Control: Establish standards, implement QA processes, and validate data.
Client Relations: Communicate with clients, provide updates, and address concerns.
Process Optimization: Improve workflows and analyze team performance.
Data Security: Ensure compliance and maintain confidentiality.
Workforce Planning: Forecast needs, hire staff, and manage scheduling.
Technology Management: Stay updated on tools and recommend improvements.
Reporting: Generate performance reports and present findings.
Budget Management: Monitor costs and contribute to pricing strategies.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong company culture.
Proven experience in HR and operations, preferably in a KPO or similar industry.
Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to strategize and formulate business plans.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in HR or Operations Management will be an added advantage.
