Marsh’s Workforce & Rewards practice is seeking a Operations and Financial Coordinator to join our Toronto or Montreal team.
Partnering with the Canada Workforce & Rewards Practice Leader, you’ll manage operations, financial forecasting, and staffing budgets, while supporting consultants and strategic initiatives.
You’ll deliver financial reports and analysis and execute cross functional projects with urgency and attention to detail.
This role is well suited for someone with experience managing and integrating data across multiple financial systems.
This is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.
We will count on you to:
- Conduct weekly, monthly and quarterly business performance analysis
- Analyze and prepare sales and financial budgets
- Integrate data across different systems/sources to identify trends
- Support our FP&A team with additional practice-level analysis
- Support staffing strategy, including coordination of requisitions / budget with HR and finance
- Participate in cross-functional teams and build relationships across the organization
- 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment. Interest in the inner workings of managing a multi-million-dollar enterprise, its businesses and its people.
- Degree or diploma in business, finance, or accounting
- Experience in professional services preferred
- Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.
- Independent, self-starter able to work at a face pace and under pressure.
- Manage various high-profile activities simultaneously with strong project management capability.
- Experience managing demanding deadlines, changing requirements, and working with limited resources or information.

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,000 to $94,500.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
