World Animal Protection are looking for an Operations and Compliance Manager to be the single point of oversight for our global compliance framework — and to lead operations and governance for our Brazil entity.

What you bring
- Senior experience in operations, compliance, governance or finance - ideally in an international non-profit.
- A track record of building and running a multi-country compliance framework (obligation registers, compliance calendars, assurance reporting).
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labour, fiscal, regulatory and data protection law.
- Solid financial management experience: budgeting, cashflow, statutory reporting.
- Experience coordinating statutory reporting and external audit across multiple entities.
- Sound understanding of data protection regimes (LGPD, UK GDPR and equivalents), including cross-border data transfers.
- A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or equivalent experience.
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced English, written and spoken.
