About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager Pacific Islands, the Operations Analyst role supports the Operations and Production teams by analysing manufacturing data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce downtime, optimise cost, and enhance product quality. The role ensures data-driven decision-making, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and contributes to operational excellence across the manufacturing plant
What You Will Do:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret daily/weekly/monthly production data.
- Track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, throughput, scrap rates, and cycle times.
- Maintain dashboards showing KPIs such as efficiency, quality, safety, and machine utilization.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP/MES systems.
- Assist the Maintenance team with analysis of equipment downtime trends.
- Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and capital project evaluations with data.
- Highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, operations management, commercial, data analytics, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and analytical tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production environments.
