We are looking for a RHTP Operations Coordinator to support the statewide implementation and operational coordination of the Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP). This position will be Full-Time (37.5 hours) and Onsite.

What You’ll Do
Program Operations Support
Support the RHTP Deputy Director of Operations in monitoring statewide RHTP implementation activities and operational milestones
Assist in coordinating activities across program teams and shared services functions to support timely program execution
Maintain situational awareness of implementation progress, operational challenges, and coordination needs
Support cross-functional coordination efforts to resolve operational and administrative barriers impacting program delivery
Shared Services Coordination
Assist in coordinating shared services engagement, including:
Financial and budget operations
Procurement processes
Communications support
Legal and compliance coordination
Data and reporting functions
Technology and systems support
Track requests, deliverables, and timelines associated with shared services partners
Support coordination meetings and follow-up actions with internal service units
Meeting and Task Management
Develop meeting agendas in coordination with initiative leadership
Record and distribute meeting minutes and action items
Maintain task tracking systems and follow up on deliverables and assigned actions
Monitor operational deadlines and milestone completion
Financial and Procurement Tracking
Maintain financial tracking tools supporting initiative budgets and expenditures
Monitor procurement actions and maintain procurement status tracking logs
Assist leadership in identifying potential budget or procurement delays or issues requiring attention
Briefings and Reporting
Develop briefing materials and summary reports for executive and senior leadership
Prepare status updates, dashboards, and operational summaries
Support preparation of materials for leadership meetings, stakeholder engagements, and external briefings
Stakeholder Communications
Coordinate communications among initiative leadership, internal stakeholders, and shared services partners
Support communication flow between implementation partners and operational leadership
Assist in drafting internal communications and coordination updates
Administrative and Operational Support
Maintain program documentation and operational records
Assist in development and maintenance of operational tracking tools and workflows
Support process improvement efforts to enhance program coordination and efficiency
What You'll Need
Required:
Proven experience in program operations coordination and shared services management
Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain detailed tracking tools and workflows
Excellent communication skills to facilitate stakeholder engagement and program coordination
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an onsite environment
Preferred:
Familiarity with financial tracking systems and procurement processes
Experience preparing executive briefings and program reporting materials
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
Must be able to communicate with customers/team members over the phone and in person
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings

$22.00 - $25.67 per hourThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
