We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will primarily focus on daily operational tasks and contribute overall efficiency of our business processes. The role will additionally involve adherence to established procedures, troubleshooting operational issues and implementing continuous improvements.
- Daily Operational Task Execution: Execute daily operational tasks with precision, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures with minimal supervision.
- Operational Issue Management: Carry out daily follow-ups on various operational issues to ensure timely resolution and manage escalation processes.
- Process Audit Leadership: Participate in regular process audits to ensure compliance with established procedures, contributing to audit framework development.
- Internal Tool Monitoring: Monitor status of internal tools, troubleshoot issues, and escalate problems when necessary to maintain continuous tool availability.
- Compliance and Documentation Management: Ensure checks and controls are adhered to and processes and procedures are documented and kept up to date.
- Process Improvement Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations Manager to identify areas for improvement in business processes and recommend solutions.
- Training Session Organization: Organize and assist in providing training sessions on internal tools for internal users as needed.
- Process Review Contribution: Contribute insights and ideas during reviews of business processes, proposing optimization strategies.
- Cross-functional Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and management, sharing insights, findings, and recommendations.
- Initiative Prioritization: Prioritize daily initiatives based on business needs and requirements, ensuring efficient operation workflows.
- Reporting Tool Preparation: Assist in preparation of reporting tools for various business operational functions and support data analysis.
- Ensure timely and accurate update of legal status.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Perform any assigned duties as directed by the management.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Task Execution Performance: Complete 100% of daily operational tasks accurately and within specified timeframes with minimal supervision.
- Tool Monitoring Performance: Maintain internal tool uptime and resolve 100% of identified issues.
- Training Performance: Organize training sessions quarterly and achieve 90% participant satisfaction score.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science and Analytics or any related field
- Data Analytics certification is an added advantage
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of experience in operations, analysis or any related field.
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets knowledge for data analysis and reporting
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus, as it would enable efficient data manipulation and analysis.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in work.
- Proven track record in evaluating and improving business processes.
