About the Role
We are looking for an early career analyst that is ready to join our team in Seattle. Under the guidance of more seasoned teammates, you will provide operational support across all teams within the organization. You should be comfortable communicating with a diverse set of people and be excited about solving problems.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide excellent operational service and support to all of Freestone’s departments: Client Advisory, Client Service, Compliance, Investments, and Accounting.
- Support the LP ticketing process from start to finish including ongoing LP transfers and active fund launches.
- Assist with billing operations, including fee calculations, reviews, and issue resolution.
- Become a subject matter expert in Tamarac Reporting and Practifi CRM.
- Process private investment statements to provide clients with a comprehensive view of their overall portfolio performance.
- Administer Freestone’s Client Portal, including the timely posting of relevant documents.
- Support Freestone’s quarter-end processes with precision and efficiency, including the successful delivery of quarterly client reporting.
- Seek opportunities to streamline and optimize Freestone’s operational processes; automate workflows whenever possible.
- Provide firm wide portfolio performance expertise across all asset classes and account types to ensure reporting consistency and accuracy.
- Research and resolve ad hoc operational issues surrounding client-facing reporting and Freestone’s operational applications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, or business management; other degrees will be considered.
- 1-3 years of experience in the financial services industry preferred; exceptional recent graduates will also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SQL preferred, but not a requirement.
- Team oriented character with an exceptionally strong work ethic.
- Approachable, personable team player who treats others in a humble and kind manner.
- Strong problem-solving and research skills.
- Interested in starting a career in Financial Services.
- Solid understanding of investment performance measurements and statistics.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

- Ability to independently manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- The expected base salary for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience and skill set. In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
