What will I be doing?
We’re building a central operations function to drive hyper alignment, exceptional performance and agile data-driven decision making across Kaluza. We’re looking for an Operations Analyst to work in-sync with our Operations Managers to deliver a wide range of high impact projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Building close ties with our data analytics team to understand data infrastructure & processes at Kaluza (and suggest improvements)
- Building and maintaining business essential data tracking - identifying metrics that will let us know a goal is off track before problems arise
- Unblocking data needs within the operational team, working across a diverse range of business problems
- Supporting adoption of data-led approach and data democracy at Kaluza
- Identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions using AI and automation
About You
Ideally you’ll have/be
- Experience with SQL (ideally BigQuery / Databricks) and Data Visualisation tools (such as Looker, Tableau)
- Experience with automation (iPaaS or within other tools)
- Experience with correct handling of sensitive data, with a focus on security and compliance
- Ability to communicate concisely to a broad range of stakeholders
- Ability to extract narrative from data and translate this into actionable insights
- Ability to work independently, unblock your own problems and quickly understand new concepts
