Responsibilities
Engage with providers to verify accreditation status and/or invite for accreditation with Hive Health-HPPI
Collect and update essential provider data on provider database
Organize and maintain records by updating information in a timely manner and ensuring proper digital storage
Collect and share market insights drawn from provider verification, retention, and accreditation processes
Support and coordinate closely with other functions to deliver an extraordinary provider experience
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Medical Operations team, including but not limited to accreditation of new providers, stakeholder coordination, and other administrative/operational tasks
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
Preferred 1-2 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar roles in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Open to Fresh Graduates
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and verification
Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Basic proficiency in Google Sheets or similar data management tools
