Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of card logistics, including placing card printing orders and stock management to guarantee cards availability at all times.
- Working hand in hand with logistics vendors to ensure timely delivery of cards while adhering to delivery goals and quality standards.
- Create and improve operational processes to ensure CC ops readiness by scalable processes and agile resolution of issues on the card delivery process.
- Settle and pay logistics and card manufacturing invoices issued by our vendors.
- Ensure bug resolution and product improvements needed related to the product are properly requested (written communications with Product team, add tickets in Jira in English) and implemented.
- Perform customer research as needed working along with our Branding and UX team.
- Drive post-mortem reports and share visibility with stakeholders.
- Manage tester's devices inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in Operations, Logistics, Customer service, or Project Management creating and improving operational processes
- Outstanding organization, detailed oriented, problem-solving orientation, analytical and structured communication skills.
- Strong technology skills (Google Suite or Office, especially Excel, etc.).
- Ability to analytical thinking, interpret and use data to guide strategic and operational decisions.
- Experience working with Credit and Debit Card logistics is a MUST
