The Operations Analyst will play a key role in the prop trading environment, focusing on technology requirements while collaborating closely with the operations and onboarding teams. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to bridge technology and business needs, ensuring seamless processes and efficient execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Project management, trading platform administration, and risk management
- Business relationship management with internal stakeholders
- Data analysis, reporting, and trading execution review
- Global coordination with overseas teams for operational coverage
- White-label prop trading onboarding, setup, and end-to-end testing
About you
- Experience with databases and SQL.
- Proficiency in coding or programming.
- An understanding of, or keen interest in, trading, FX, or financial markets.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in finance.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Permanent right to work in Australia.
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills
- Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in finance.
- Familiarity with trading platforms such as cTrader, MetaTrader, and DX Trade
