Overview of Role
The role is part of the broader Operations Department and entails performance of periodic/daily tasks across all main operations functions as well as liaising with internal clients from front office. The role also includes contributing to enhance processes efficiency and projects/strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor completeness of daily reconciliations of clients’ money and assets.
- Review of securities prices for client portfolio valuations.
- Production and delivery account statements of client portfolios.
- Setup client portfolios into the operating system.
- Monitor trading execution and delivery contract notes to clients.
- Client payment orders monitoring liaising with Custodian, Client Advisers and Outsourcer.
- Support Operations Team on new projects/initiatives.
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
- Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills – foster and grow internal (and external) relationships.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Reliable, conscientious, and professional with high level of professional integrity.
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills.
- Flexibility, “can-do” attitude with high quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written (both Italian and English); professional manner; ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
