Join Our Team as an Operations Analyst at Baxter Healthcare Corporation!
At Baxter, we are looking for a hard-working Operations Analyst to join our Human Resources team in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a world-class organization that is committed to innovation and excellence in patient care.
Essential Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for updating the VentureSoft system accurately to ensure that the pre-payroll of unionized personnel is captured daily and without omissions.
- Follow up on the processing of Elizondo credit requests, Fonacot credits, and monitor Infonavit deductions, ensuring timely registration for payroll deductions.
- Coordinate the pre-payroll process, verifying updates such as modifications, vacations, time off, and sick leave for accurate data entry and payroll formulation.
- Manage the certification and categories program to ensure strict compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain weekly absenteeism control to identify job abandonments and request corresponding terminations.
- Coordinate all child support payments weekly.
- Ensure accurate savings fund payments for all unionized employees.
- Maintain constant communication with unionized personnel supervisors to seek continuous improvement in the weekly pre-payroll process.
- Perform other similar or related tasks as necessary or assigned.
Qualifications:
To successfully perform this job, the individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential task. The ideal candidate will have:
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software.
- Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in automated human resources systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize.
- Flexibility and adaptability, along with strong interpersonal skills and a customer service orientation.
- Accuracy, meticulousness, attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability.
- Initiative and the ability to work independently.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (intern).
- English desirable.
- Required experience: 1-3 years in Human Resources, understanding of payroll and work hours, managing personnel administration processes.
- Availability to provide support on the night shift 2 times a month.
- Pre-payroll (50%).
- Attention to personnel complaints (50%).
- Connection between supervisor and payroll.
- Preparation of supplier requisitions.
- Administration of the categories program.
- 2 years of experience dealing with personnel.
- Availability for night shift 1-2 times a month.
- Regular hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Availability on weekends, each month.
