Who You'll Work With

The position is responsible for processing transaction settlements and ongoing bond/ loan activities related to Corebridge’s Private Credit Group portfolio. 

About The Role

Work with the Private Credit deal teams and Operations groups to prepare and provide necessary trade process documentation including the trade tickets, wire instructions, amortization and prepayment schedules.  

Responsibilities

• Review trade support to verify appropriate policy and procedures are followed. 
• Monitor facility commitments and activity including reset notices, rollovers, rate settings, conversions, prepayments and amendments. 
• Use judgment to analyze, research and resolve accounting exceptions. 
• Monitor and maintain relationships with custodial banks managing payments and cash flow. 
• Manage data for bank loans and reconcile position data with business partners.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent of years of experience
• Accounting/economics/business/finance background
• Strong analytical skills are essential
• Take initiative and maintain high quality standards for your work and outcomes
• Highly effective verbal and written communication skills are essential
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment
• Ability to handle multiple, competing deliverables within time constraints
• Proficient level experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, is essential

Work Location

This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
