Team mission

We are seeking an Operational Analyst to drive insight, data-driven decisions and innovation through data analytics. This individual contributor position requires someone who can proactively manage change, solve complex problems, and demonstrate strong data related thought leadership. 

You will:

• Support data-driven decision-making in Care.
• Update and maintain key dashboards plus create and validate metrics within the Care department in our business intelligence tool (Looker). 
• Regularly monitor and analyse the performance of Key Care KPI’s.
• Analyse trends, including seasonality and market-specific behaviours, to identify and remove inefficiencies in our operation.

Who you are

• You bring educational experience in interpreting and data or 2-3 years experience in a non analytics role. 
• Prior exposure to Customer Operations is a strong plus. 
• Knowledge of SQL and Business intelligence tools (Looker/Power BI) for analysis. 
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (Jupyter Notebooks, Databricks) is a plus.
• Ability to understand user behavior and meaning behind the numbers. 
• You are an excellent communicator who can present complex data findings to cross-functional teams in fluent English. 
• You want to work in a fast-paced environment, balance multiple priorities and use your own initiative.
