WellSky is looking for an Operations Analyst. This role will be responsible for monitoring and managing operations and programming closely in conjunction with leaders and functional areas of the business. The Analyst will collaborate with leaders on executing key operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, and enhanced management reporting.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Organizing and maintaining internal resources: Shared content, SharePoint sites, teams, relevant business and/or market information.
- Reviewing client facing communications with key stakeholders, managing and monitoring process completion of client facing communications as needed.
- Analyzing, implementing, and monitoring business initiatives to optimize and scale the evolving workforce needs and long-range plans.
- Collaborating with business leaders, strategic planning, Marketing, Finance, and other stakeholders across the company to review existing and future business objectives and goals.
- Helping to organize financial modeling of strategic opportunities for business units.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Ability to work 2nd shift hours (12:30pm-9pm OR 3:30pm-midnight)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Home health and hospice experience
