To join our team as an Operations Analyst! The Operations Analyst, reporting directly to the Operations Manager, will be responsible for providing program data support in accordance with corporate policies and contract requirements. The Operations Analyst will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. This role will encompass multiple areas including: data management, metrics and reporting; team facilitation and coordination; and process definition and improvement. The scope of responsibility will be to support three individual programs and will interact with internal and external team members of each program.

Manage program data and conducts complex analysis.

Produce complex reports while ensuring compliance with terms of the contract, the relevance of content, and professional presentation. Conduct research when applicable.

Responsible for the generation and accuracy of scheduled and ad hoc program reporting to internal and external stakeholders

Attend staff meetings, goal setting, compliance & at times lead.

Ensure metrics are supported within business systems, develop reports to track metrics data, and provide analysis and recommendations for improved policy, processes, or tools to support program or practice goals.

Exert some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of program, practice, or function.

Complete special projects as needed
In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…
- BA/BS College degree preferred or 4-6 years experience in similar position
- Experience in the energy efficiency industry a plus
- Must be a multi-tasked, self-starter capable of achieving goals with minimal supervision and a detail-oriented team player due to fast past environment
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills required. Candidate must demonstrate an ability to initiate, coordinate and prioritize responsibilities and follow through on tasks
- Must have ability to interact with all levels of employees
- Good verbal, writing and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query and Outlook
