To join our team as an Operations Analyst. You will provide data and analytical support to Michigan Program Portfolios. This role will support individual programs while also supporting clients, providing regular reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests from both internal and external stakeholders.

For this opportunity, you’re a great fit if you can… 

  • Manage program and portfolio data and conduct complex analysis to ensure the success of Michigan programs

  • Communicate data by providing regular reports and responding to ad-hoc data requests for multiple programs, field team activities, and business-development.

  • Ensure data is accurate and complete, and utilize best practices and tools for data integrity and security.

  • Respond to data requests from a variety of internal and external stakeholders, including our clients.

  • Exercise independent judgement in balancing and prioritizing scheduled data requests and reports with ad-hoc requests.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Support and Program Management teams to communicate data projects and priorities, and to brainstorm solutions to program delivery challenges.

  • Develop new reports as requested to track program performance and support Program Managers in delivering to program KPIs.

  • Provide analysis that goes beyond established reports to support portfolio/program goals.

  • Contribute to culture of continuous improvement.

  • Project and/or process management as needed. (IT projects/tickets)

  • Perform related work as needed.

Exciting candidates have

  • 3-5 years relevant experience

  • High School diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor's degree required

Target Compensation:

$60,000 - $65,000 / annually
