Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a high-performing Operations Analyst to support a large, complex client program to ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines. Operations support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.
The breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the program level to supporting broader functions or organizational initiatives. These roles tend to be more internal-facing than client-facing; however, Operations Analysts will often have direct communication with customers, clients, and trade allies.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers, Energy Advisors, and Program/Operations staff
- Track, verify, and maintain program paperwork, files, project documentation, and correspondence to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Provide consistent organization of program/project documentation across various repositories
- Project processing
- Program coordination
- Produce project and program level reporting while ensuring compliance with terms of contract, relevance of content, and professional presentation.
- Conduct research when applicable
- Manage program data and conduct complex analysis
- Perform data entry, gather and track program data, and ensure overall data quality
- Determine property eligibility for program participation using code enforcement data, property appraisal records, and other available data sources
- Review property unit directories and convert them into organized, legible Excel documents
- Create and update Excel files used for tracking, analysis, and program documentation
- Prepare rebate estimates based on assessment data for client and trade allies
- Assist with scheduling onsite inspections and internal meetings
- Export pre-designed reports to support program metrics and operational tracking
- Support staff meetings and provide general program coordination and administrative support
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
- Communicate with various teams to complete project tasks, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline preferred (or equivalent practical experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Advanced knowledge of full suite of MS Office products with an emphasis on Excel, Outlook, Word, & PowerPoint, as well as Adobe Acrobat, as tools to effectively manage work, and report on programs to peers, superiors, and clients
- Advanced mathematical skills, with ability to create complex formulas, calculations, pivot charts, & graphs (compound IF,INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP across multiple data sources) with a focus in data analytics
- Advanced knowledge of internal resources, how and when to leverage them to deliver program objectives on time
- Growth as a subject matter expert (SME) for systems by providing training and guidance to all roles on system use
- Ability to assist in mitigating communicated potential risks to revenue realization
- Awareness of EM&V process, what metrics affect program evaluation results, and understanding of impacts EM&V could have on the programs
- Understanding of eligible deemed energy efficiency measures and their eligibility requirements with ability to provide advanced recommendations
- Project/program management certification (e.g., PMP) or equivalent formal training is preferred.
- Experience in energy efficiency, utilities, or comparable service-based programs is preferred.
DOT Requirements

Compensation Range
$52,000.00 - $74,400.00Currency
