This position reports to:
Integrated Product Unit Manager__
Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for data management, analyzing performance, identifying problems, and developing recommendations that support Production department activities. Each day, you will support process improvement teams. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and communicating periodic trend and performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

This role is contributing to the ELSP Division in Senatobia, US.
This Position Reports to,
Integrated Product Unit Manager
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Production Data Analyzing
Analyze demand forecasts and inventory levels to develop optimized production balance
Identify SKU mix strategies to balance efficiency and customer service levels
Collaborate with schedulers, planners and production teams on schedule feasibility
Recommend schedule adjustments based on resource constraints and material availability
Planning and analyzing of Sub-assemblies for better utilization of assembly lines
Order & SKU Optimization
Analyze order patterns, volumes, and delivery requirements
Evaluate SKU groupings and batch sizes for optimal production efficiency
Identify high-mix, low-volume orders and recommend consolidation strategies
Develop production mix models to balance throughput and efficiency
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track and analyze key production metrics (throughput, cycle time, efficiency, FPY)
Generate daily/weekly production performance reports and dashboards
Identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of inefficiencies from the data
Benchmark performance against targets and historical data
Continuous Improvement
Conduct data-driven analysis to provide feedback for improvement opportunities
Propose feedback and measure impact post-implementation of improvements
Recommend changes to production sequencing, changeover procedures, and line setup
Cross-functional CollaborationPartner with Production Supervisors on the line optimization strategies
Support schedulers and planners with data driven feedback
Liaise with Supply Chain on material availability and constraints
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business analyst, Engineering Management, Data Analysist, or related engineering field, Master's degree is a plus
2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, production planning, or operations analysis
Demonstrated experience analyzing production data and identifying efficiency opportunities
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, SKU management, or production scheduling
Technical & Analytical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Python, R, SQL is plus
Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or production tracking software
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma principles
Ability to interpret production metrics and manufacturing KPIs
Data analysis and problem-solving mindset
