What Makes This Role Great:

In this high-visibility program, you will complete four six-month rotations across critical business divisions, taking on hands-on projects in purchasing, data management, new product introduction, and fulfillment optimization while receiving structured post-program placement support aligned with your long-term career goals.


Key Exciting Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic purchasing and supply chain management by qualifying vendors, negotiating competitive pricing, and optimizing global procurement processes.
  • Coordinate new product introductions from concept to production, managing forecasts, material movements, and engineering releases.
  • Optimize fulfillment center operations and material flow through data-driven logistics management and advanced inventory forecasting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to maintain enterprise data warehouses and improve operational data integrity.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Minimum of one relevant prior internship or up to three years of professional experience in operations or supply chain functions.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and ability to start in Dayton, Ohio in July 2026.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, initiative, and agility in adapting to shifting priorities within a collaborative team structure.

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
